Overseas Golf DofE Qualifying Expeditions

Our bespoke Overseas Gold DofE expeditions are tailor-made to meet the precise requirements of your group. These expeditions may be delivered as part of a full Gold DofE training, practice and qualifying expedition package (information on the content of these programmes prior to the assessed expedition can be found here), or alternatively can be organised as standalone expeditions for groups that have already undertaken appropriate training and practice expeditions.

Overseas expeditions offer particular challenges that are not typically found on UK-based expeditions. For this reason candidates are required to undergo an extra level of training before their trip of a lifetime. We provide full support for fundraising and encourage candidates to take responsibility for raising funds towards the expedition, as well as involving them in decision making and the organisation process. In this way even before departure participants in our overseas expeditions are beginning to grow in confidence and independence.

We have delivered expeditions in destinations as exciting and diverse as Norway, Iceland, Greenland, Svalbard, Patagonia and Nepal, but our experience in organising overseas expeditions means that nowhere is off the map.
